How long is a session?
Sessions run 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes. The first-time session is 60 minutes and starts with a few minutes to talk.
What is Swedish massage?
Long, smooth strokes with oil, at a pressure you choose. It is the usual choice for a first massage.
What do I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable to come in. You undress to the point you like, and you are covered by a sheet the whole time.
Can I choose the pressure?
Yes. Your therapist asks before you start and checks in. Say lighter or firmer at any time.
Can I stop?
Yes, at any time and for any reason. Say so and we stop right away.
Do I have to talk?
No. Some people like to chat and some like quiet. Tell your therapist which you prefer.
Who gives the massage?
One of our three licensed therapists. You can choose when you book, or leave it to us.
How does a gift card work?
It works for any amount, and whoever holds it chooses the session, the day and the therapist.
Do you take coupons?
Yes. Say so when you book or show it at the desk. The terms are printed on each coupon.
Should I tip?
Tipping is welcome and never expected. Add one when you pay or when you book.
Can I bring a child?
Massage here is for adults, 18 and over. Children can't wait in the treatment rooms.
