Light pressure

The slow hour

Lighter pressure, longer strokes and nothing to decide.

Some days you do not want to choose. Book the slow hour, and your therapist keeps the pressure light and the strokes long, with a quiet room and no questions to answer once you are settled.

Good to know

Pressure, cover and stopping

  • Pressure

Set with you before you start and checked partway through. Say lighter or firmer at any time.

  • Covered

A sheet stays over you, and only the part being worked on is uncovered.

  • Stop any time

You can pause, change position or end the session whenever you like.

A few questions

Can I ask for firmer?

Yes. Say so at any time and your therapist will change it.

Do I have to talk?

No. Tell your therapist you prefer quiet.

Which therapist?

Jalisa is the one to ask for, and any of us can do it.
